Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Preflop: Hero is BU with T, K.
MP3 folds, CO calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.00, SB calls $0.90, BB folds, CO calls $0.75.

      Flop: ($3.25) K, 2, Q (3 players)
SB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $2.40, SB calls $2.40, CO folds.

      Turn: ($8.05) 4 (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks.

      River: ($8.05) 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.50, SB calls $3.50.

      Final Pot: $15.05.

VIllain-unknown.The board is relatively dry-only BDFD/OESD w JT(I have a blocker). On the other hand I dont see villain call me down lightly w K9.So is checking behind turn for pot control/calling river fine?Easy value bet on river I guess,is bet sizing ok?

      I like your play
It is hard him to call down with worse hands if you bet flop, turn and river, so I´d also go for pot control on the turn and valuebet river.
He has enough Qx type hands that would call 5$ bet on the river
