Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)

      Known players:
      CO:
      $29.81
      BU (Hero):
      $26.39
      SB:
      $18.01
      BB:
      $28.46

Preflop: Hero is BU with 8, 7.
CO raises to $0.85, Hero raises to $2.55, 2 folds, CO calls $1.70.

      Flop: ($5.45) 2, Q, 6 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $3.50, CO calls $3.50.

      Turn: ($12.45) 7 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $7.00, CO raises to $23.76, Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $19.45.

Villain-open raising a lot from CO so 87o should be good enough for a 3bet.I guess standard cbet.Should I barrel this turn card or just give up once he calls my cbet? The FD gets there and I still dont expect him to fold a Q.Easy muck after his shove

you have showdown value+ you have flushdraw, so I really don´t see how you can b/f that turn card if you´re going to bet.
I´d personally would take my free card and decide on the river if I want to call his river bet
