      Kinda close actually, either to raise it on river or not. Although while it's a paired board then it's pretty close and do agree that it's likely safer to Call it down than isolate yourself against better hands. He will anyways have hard time Calling with a lot worse against your raise and if you get 3bet would be even uglier and you might even have to consider folding.

      With Calling you as well see what kind of hand he is holding and does such a min-raise on flop.
