Villain was playing 52/21, AF 5.0, Agg% 56, 0 3bet over 44 hands. BU was tight and SB was a reg shortstacker playing 16/15 8.6% 3bet. With the fish in BB I figured I can open...I guess...

On the river he looked like a bluff, or a weak A I guess so I tried to get him off the hand.

Sorry for the stupid hands but I gotta change lots of stuff in my game it seems and I need someone to show me which ones and how :f_cry:

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer

      Hero ($30.65)
      BTN ($12.50)

      Dealt to Hero 8:diamond: K:club:

fold, Hero raises to $0.70, fold, fold, BB calls $0.45

      FLOP ($1.55) 6:diamond: A:club: 5:diamond:

BB checks, Hero bets $0.88, BB calls $0.88

      TURN ($3.31) 6:diamond: A:club: 5:diamond: 7:heart:

BB bets $0.55, Hero calls $0.55

Don't try to bluff a fish off a "weak ace" or weak anything.

If he has an ace, he's never folding ...
And you have showdown value vs all the busted draws.

So only option is to check it back on the river.

since you´re ahead of his draws I´d check back river. Problem is that he would likely not fold any pair to your river bet, so I would really don´t like doubling him up

Yeah, to be completely honest I didnt see he's so short. Maybe I should lower the number of tables by one or two...

Thanks for the analysis on the hands, turns out most werent that badly played...I hope I start winning some time soon lol :f_p:
