Standard b/f = he always has the flush, nothing else he c/c flop and c/r turn.
Sets check/raise this uberwet flop and top pairs cbet = so only FD left

Reasons for not cbetting the flop:

      a) he really is that ABC straight forward player, we don't know
      b) it's 4 way, he's thinking one of you is bound to have Ax which is never folding obv and he can get out of the pot investing absolutely nothing if one of the blinds decides to c/r big.

ONLY hand he could be turning into a bluff is KK with :club:
Check calls flop coz you know, 4 way somebody always has Ax ...
Perfect turn card to c/r and shove any river.

But I wouldn't expect that from an unknown NL25 player so easy b/f

If he just calls and river blanks out, it's time for another b/f bullet

      I would also b/f turn
He may c/c again his pair+draw type hands, like KcKx or QcQx and usually I´d expect you to be ahead so I don´t see reason why no0t bet for value
