      Against a short stack it can be hard to try to make any moves because you'll very quickly become pot committed if they have a hand they're willing to jam with. On this flop i wouldn't reraise because it's dry and you wouldn't reraise strong hands on such a board so you can't represent much. You're also turning your hand into a bluff as if he goes all in you can't call with just 99.

      It's probably worth calling flop and folding turn because he won't double barrel many flops he's missed but will cbet this flop alot. If he checks turn you have a pleasant choice between checking back to let him bluff the river or just leading out here to take it down. Leading out is probably best because if overcards come on the river it could get unpleasant. If he check raises turn it's a really suspicious move but fold with no reads.

      Hello Dragar,

      If you planning to Call the turn than rather raise it right on flop against his stack. Which will have at least fold equity. But with Calling you wont find out much. And therefore turn is rather a fold, we likely are beat there.
