Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, A.
3 folds, MP2 calls $0.25, MP3 calls $0.25, CO folds, BU raises to $1.75, 4 folds, 3 folds, 2 folds, MP3 folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.85.

I pretty sure that is a isoraise but his raising size is weird, he usually raise 3/4bb+1bblimper but this time he +1.

Is he trying to get maximum value? or trying scare away those little fishes.

      Limpers are 50-60/0-3 fishes...

I don´t think his hand range is definitely TT+, AK that you can´t continue with your AQ pf. So both 3-betting for value or calling and playing postflop should be fine options- he can also has there a lot wider range and rasiing more to increase his fold equity.

      For value?

I dont understand that, What if i 3bet and he calls,

Flop comes maybe J-hi or T-hi, I bet and he calls, wont i be in deep poo poo?

      Sorry for so much questions....

Well you´re not that deep- only 118bb and second you don´t always miss, but also hit your tp hand that you can continue and even if he calls your range is still very strong and if you want then you can barrel turn
Plus he would not call your 3-bet 100%, so you always have there fold equity pf
