Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BU with J, J.
MP2 folds, MP3 raises to $1.50, CO folds, Hero calls $1.50, 2 folds, BB folds.

      Flop: ($3.75) 8, 7, 9 (2 players)
      MP3 bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50.

      Turn: ($8.75) 6 (2 players)
      MP3 bets $6.00, Hero calls $6.00.

      River: ($20.75) 8 (2 players)
MP3 bets $12.00, Hero folds, MP3 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $20.75.

      Villain seems reg; 21/16, AF 4.0, ft3b 100%(4), 100% flop cbet 75%(12), turn cbet 33%(3), wts 24%, sample 210 hands.

Pre I didn`t wanna 3b cuz I like to mix it up, although I know standard 3b is maybe better on NL50.

Flop the same, plan is to call it down given the fact high cards don`t hit the board.

Turn is an action killer card, but he keeps betting. So I am thinking well this is a perfect barrel card for, him so I call. But I think in reality he should be more scare of that turn card than me so barreling doesn`t make sense there, especially cuz he is usually only cbet and aggro on flop.

He proceeds on river which brings an even scarier card and he keeps barreling. So I just fold.

Would you call him down, given the fact we don`t have much history? It is not usual for ppl to turn their hands into a bluff on a board like this, but also one can be only barreling three times on this kinda board only with complete nuts?

      Thanks for help!

I would generally 3-bet pf and if he wants then also get all-in
I think you´re better likely raise/fold on the flop, since you can´t call him down even if turn and river are blanks, so better raise flop for value/protection and then take free turn card
As played: Players would not barrel that turn card, so you should fold turn
