      You can fold pre also, UTG is his tightest range. But 30% is indeed a lot.(how many hands? did you see him open bad hands?
      You could maybe 3bet as a bluff. But that's a bit dangerous I guess.

      Preflop: What about his WTSD? What about CBet on turn? Of course it's callable here with his open-raise range.
      Postflop: Seems to be fine. Doesn't make sense to 2nd barrel the turn. Lets just take the free card and maybe even complete to something.
