      Flop i half pot it hoping for a call

      on the turn i just called the raise and to reevaluate the river, he could have had a house on the flop or turn

      Hello joeldowey123,

      You can easily bet pot on flop even. Doesn't have to bet 1/2 pot. Just start building up the pot right on flop. Otherwise seems to be fine.

      Although sometimes I would just shove directly on river because if he has the Tx then he is definitely going to Call you. And even if he is rather looser player then it's maybe even looser calldown. But of course your play is fine as well, we might still get raised.
