      I have the same problem.

      I have gotten money transfered succesfully before so
      I think the pokerstrategy account doesn't fullfill one of the conditions!

      Same thing here, and now a second transfer notice with a different amount came through. What's going on?

      Rakeback:
      To get 27% rakeback you need to produce at least $50 net rake. Players who produce less than $50 net rake do not get any rakeback. Net rake is calculated by the rake you produce minus the bonuses you get from Full Tilt Poker.

      Well i got 2 transfares if u can see, why are they separated if its the same rakeback, its 47.72 and 13.48. That makes over 50. Why is that?

      and why do you have to have more then 50 to have it accepted?
      the net rake produced should be more then 50 not the rakeback (correct me if i'm wrong...)

      or should you at least have 186$ rake (*0.27%-->), so you would get 50 back?



      edit: i have 2 different amounts too 10.24 and 38.09

      I thought we had to make at least 50$ net rake and then we would get 27% of that.

      To get 27% rakeback you need to produce at least $50 net rake. Players who produce less than $50 net rake do not get any rakeback. Net rake is calculated by the rake you produce minus the bonuses you get from Full Tilt Poker.

      Why should i contact their support if you guys made the transfare?


      Plus, if you read the text about rakeback, it says that we need to get 50$ of net rake from which comes the 27% not that we need to get 50%rakeback which is the 27%. This means even 13,5$ rakeback should be payed out.

      I've made over $200 rake, two transfers came through- one for $20.76 and another for $30.15. Are these transfers seperate? Please see the e-mails below.

      Also why should we contact FTP when you are the people making the transfer. Can you please explain what we need to do here?

      For which month is this ? this can't be for januari since I have produced way more rake then 51.74 $. Also as you can see I the net rake produced is more then 50 dollars.. the rakeback however isn't..

      i have the same problem both transfers were declined first amount: $11.86

      second amount: $175.94

      so this issue about the 50$ net can be valid, but not in my case.

      As i see from the mail PS wished to transfer money on our accounts, but FT declined it for i dont know what reason, probably some technical reason? I hope FT will solve the issue, i send them email, i ll wait for their reply.

      Hi guys,

      I think there're currently some problems with the rakeback system. It seems that some players who are not qualified for that rakeback also get some declined emails like these. I'm sure our payment team will investigate this situation soon.

      Do PS as sender has valid * Credit card and ePassporte and at least
      90 days of successful deposit history?! ":) :)

      now waiting for the second part 38.09$
