      The MSS says QQ is a "raise and reraise all-in" hand, but I would say this sort of hand is another example of where folding is preferable. Agree?

      [Actually a £4 NL game, but convertor only works with $ symbol]
      Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.04 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      MP1:
      $1.26
      MP2:
      $4.20
      MP3:
      $4.00
      CO:
      $2.98
      BU:
      $6.13
      SB (Hero):
      $1.24
      BB:
      $4.06
      UTG1:
      $4.04
      UTG2:
      $3.41

      Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, Q.
      3 folds, MP2 calls $0.04, MP3 folds, CO raises to $0.16, BU folds, Hero raises to $0.48, BB raises to $0.80, MP2 folds, CO raises to $2.98, Hero calls $0.76, BB calls $2.18.

      Flop: ($7.24) 2, 4, 7 (3 players)

      Turn: ($7.24) 8 (3 players)

      River: ($7.24) 5 (3 players)

      Final Pot: $7.24.

      Hey!

      We are only going all-in with KK+ if we see 2 raises (this qualifies as 2 raises). Think about it:
      BB raises US when WE raise CO
      Then
      CO decides to go all-in despite the fact BB showed enormous strength

      Assuming BB will neverrrrrrr ever fold, your equity is like:

             Equity     Win     Tie
      MP2    32.95%  28.90%   4.05% { QQ+, AKs, AKo }
      MP3    45.16%  40.13%   5.02% { QQ+, AKs }
      CO     21.89%  20.14%   1.75% { QQ }

      You only have 22% percent

      Best regards,
      Gerv

      Thanks. This makes a lot more sense - I had misunderstand what the system rules were advising. Will surely save me a lot of money. :)

      We need only 20%, also we should have 3 bet a bit bigger so in that case we need even les equity. Also sometimes we can see people doing this with JJ, AQs at this limit.
