      Raise before me from MP3, so I 3 bet with AQ. Opponent attacks back and I fold. Looks to be by the charts, but so far every time I 3 bet people just seem to press on leaving me to fold. Is it really profitable to 3-bet with AQ?

      It's worth checking your stats to find out how often people have 4-bet you. If you're anything like me, it seems more often than it is (because it makes much more of an impression than when people fold).

      Hello HoroHoro!

      We reraise AQo to get 1) folds from opponents and 2) let our opponents call with worse hands

      If they 4bet us , we know they have a strong range:

             Equity     Win     Tie
      MP2    71.92%  70.78%   1.14% { JJ+, AKs, AKo }
      MP3    28.08%  26.95%   1.14% { AQo }

      So against that we don't want to play for our whole stack!

      Best regards,
      Gerv
