I've been practising the SSS for couple of weeks, and quite often get raped on similar situations, when having overpair on flop.
Is that just bad luck or am I playing it wrong?

      UTG+2 (3.17)
      SB (4.10)
      BB (9.80)
      UTG+1 (2)
      [/code]
      0.05/0.10 No-Limit Hold'em (10 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

      Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q, Q
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.40, UTG+2 calls $0.40, 5 folds, SB calls $0.35, BB calls $0.30.

      Flop: ($1.60) 5, 9, 6 (4 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1, Hero raises to $1.60 (All-In), UTG+2 folds, SB raises to $2.60, BB raises to $5.00, SB raises to $3.70 (All-In).

      Turn: ($11.90) K
      River: ($11.90) J

      Final Pot: $11.90

      Results follow (highlight to see):
SB shows [ Jd, Kd ] two pairs, Kings and Jacks
      BB shows [ 8h, 7h ] a straight Five to Nine
Hero shows [ Qs, Qh ] a pair of Queens
BB wins $1.30 USD with a straight, Five to Nine.
BB wins $3.99 USD with a straight, Five to Nine.
BB wins $6.08 USD with a straight, Five to Nine.
