      River: I put him all in, maybe I should have raised less here? Since he bet all 3 streets reasonably big I gave him credit for a decent hand so thought he could call.

      Nah, your line is totally fine here and I wouldn't really change much. Sometimes when I really see the opponent being fishy enough and donking with very wider range I would consider raising although that's not a must.
