      71/21, AF 3.8, Agg% 52, 1/2 times 3bet. 24 hands...meaning nothing..

I remember this player and thought he pots when strong, but I cant remember if I made this observation before or after this hand. But I hadnt seen him show down a hand anyways, just seemed that way.

I´m not folding overpair against 72/21 player.
he can be there almost everything starting with random A high floats and ending draws or maybe even any pair that he is potting for value
Generally I think c/rai seems good plan since you´re c/f turn so often if you just have overcards

Is that amount on flop bet ok? I'd be worried about random FD+GS+who knows what more. Villain is rather on the loose side so will call with pretty much anything, including of course 88-TT, FD, you name it.

He's pretty bad, but if he had a set he might already accelerate on the flop, especially since you didn't bet too big.

OTT I have my doubts if he would really bet potsize w/ a FH. Maybe 7x for protection, but that's so much a small part of his 72% range. I think it's more likely to bet pot w/ 88/66, if not w/ 99-TT, and generate a ton of FE. If he's not stupid he must know you are almost never showing up with a 7 and your line could pretty much mean just Ax or a medium pair as well. If you are slowplaying FH yourself (44/55) he will find out soon enough. Many, many weak players would go broke there w/ 99-TT IMO, and he's almost never showing QQ+ (raise pre?) so I've said all that just to agree w/ Kaitz :)

Bleh, I think I'm just "overthinking" for a 71 VPIP villain. Probably he has AT and thought "meh, I'll bluff it" and clicked "pot". :f_biggrin:
