Since this is asked a lot and I myself wish I had it when I first started with the $50 bonus capital, I have gone ahead and cleared it and followed the calculation as it was accumulating.

I played exclusively in the NL2 tables, so this is the MINIMUM amount of rake you will generate. If you play on higher limits you will generate a slightly higher rake amount.

The conversion is 1 WHP = $0.025 US (this is very approximate and is good enough to use).

So after you clear 100 WHP you will have generated appx. $2.50 in rake.
After you clear 1000 WHP you will have generated appx. $25 in rake.

You will have cleared your bonus after you generate appx. 2000 William Hill Points.

With regards to WHPs to PokerStrategyPoints, it is 10WHP=1PSP.

Finally, this is a link to William Hill which informs how rake is calculated per hand. http://poker.williamhill.com/help/rake-limits-ipoker/

Also note that William Hill Points can be accrued partially, so you can get ie. 0.2 William Hill Points in a hand, and there is no round up or round down.

      Hope this helps.

ok i have my capital for 3 days and i have made 450 wh points till now and i am 10$ in profit so my question is: whats with this rake race,i really don't get it.

I am new here so i would like to know something more...

you want to tell me that when i make 2000 wh points and when i lose my starting capital they will charge me additional 50$ ? or i am wrong ?

The rake race was a promotion a few months back that has now expired. There is currently no rake race promotion going on. So forget about that.

About the William Hill Points. The $50 you were given can't be withdrawn or used in another area of the William Hill site, until you clear $50 dollars of rake which is the equivalent of making 2000 William Hill Points. Once you make 2000 William Hill Points you have full control of the $50 you were originally given plus any profits (or what is left of the $50 dollars in case you lost money). There is one more condition to this though, you must deposit $20 dollars to your William Hill account in order to link your bank account with them. But that money can be immediately withdrawn if you want to (they do have a promotion which lets you clear a bonus of 100% of money you deposit with them for the first time).

      Hope that explains it.

50$ in rake is roughly 500 points :)
it says 1-2c is 0.2 points
so assuming every 1 point is 10cents
multiply that by 10 and thats a dollar of rake
now x that by 50 and you get 50$ of rake
      so 10x50 is 500 :D

      Hi onciu,

In order to withdraw the Free $50 + Winnings you must generate rake or fees worth $50 & deposit at least $20. Casino winnings will not count towards clearing your bonus.

Anything else we can help you with, please do let us know

It's not a simple linear conversion for WHP to Rake. The answer very much depends on the pot size. Which is of course dependant on the table and the limits/stakes you play.

      See here.

Are you sure that your conversion rate is right?
I asked about the rake at some point and with 18.1 points it was 0.17 euro.
So doing the math is like half from what you are telling us,
about 0.013 US$ for each point.

      So its about 3850 points
