I thought that almost always I'm up against a stronger hand here. Also the bet on the river seemed to confirm my thoughts as it's perfidiously a suck bet.

What do you think? Villain is a TAG, 14/11, AF:1.7 WTS:34, sample ~400 hands.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      MP2 (Hero):

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A, A.
MP1 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, MP3 folds, CO calls $0.40, BU folds, SB calls $0.35, BB folds.

      Flop: ($1.3) J, Q, K (3 players)
SB bets $0.10, Hero raises to $1.30, CO calls $1.30, SB folds.

      Turn: ($4) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.00, CO calls $2.00.

      River: ($8) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.90, Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $8.

Thanks in advance, great effort, the hand evaluations are helping a lot!

      Hello inlovewithamsterdam,

I'd actually bet the turn bigger ~$3 at least. But as played seems to be somewhat close but as he is that passive then shouldn't be really huge mistake to Check/Fold it. A lot of combos still give 2pairs and etc hands.

      Best regards.
