If theres no 3beting 4beting history between you, than I'd fold, cause you are a bit deep.

Its interesting about the sizing. Why are you 4beting? If you want to get it in, then 4bet bigger, cause your deep. I'm not sure whether you should vary the betsizing if you either bluff or valuebet.

I think you should change sizing 100% to save some money its EV+ after xxxxk hands.

      4b/fold 6.50$
      4b/broke 7.50-8$

      Correct me if I'm wrong

Don't change your betsizing depending on your cards (Unless you're isolating a really bad fish who doesn't care about sizing). You should be changing you betsizing depending on opponents, not hole cards, otherwise you can get exploited by any thinking reg.

If you 4-bet that spot you´re not really going to 4-bet/fold, since he would likely also get all-in JJ+/AK, that makes 4-bet/folding quite bad at that spot
I´d just call pf, since you´re deeper and he might easily 3-bet löighter and if you hit your tptk then playing aggressively for the stacks on most boards
