i felt i had to cbet this board but by the flop i felt ahead

should i have just called, am i only being called by better hands?

I put villain on Ax so i shoved, didnt think he would have AJ here, but given the preflop play i think his call with AJ was well within his range

      Hello joeldowey123,

The problem is that if he really had just Ax would he bet pot on river? That's the reason why I am more inclined to just Call his huge bet than ship it.

      Best regards.
