It would be great if, instead of just being able to take notes on strategy articles from the popup, we could permanently highlight certain passages, maybe even in different colors, so that we don't have to print them all out like you suggest.

i don't expect it to be really high on the list of priorities right now but we will certainly keep it in mind.
if you dont really want to print them and prefer to read on you pc, you can also copy them into word document and highlight from there.
