      Hello lukezo,

      The problem with Check/Raise on flop is that what worse hands will continue there? Rather Check/Call it and reevaluate further actions. And even as you Check/Raised you turned your hand into bluff. Which means you could do with any2 that.

      Best regards.

      some your questions about this hand?

      -do you agree that my c/r is ok
      -do you think my fold is allright
      -if I check/call here, I mostly have to fold turn

      -I don't agree that I turn my hand into bluff, since I find out two things about his hand:

      1. He will probably fold his floats here or on turn if he just calls
      2. if he pushes, I'm beat

      So why are you Raising? If you making all worse hands to fold.

      2. if he pushes, I'm beat

      How can you be so sure? Why don't you think that he may play this way this Tx?

      Out of fear that an overcard will come.

      Let's continue with the hand if I just call.

      a) an undercard comes -75% times

      action: I donk 75% pot/ fold to raise

      b) an overcard comes-25%times

      action: c/f

      Agreed?

      Why should you Check/Fold if even an overcard comes? And our equity against something like 30% stealing range is huge. And sometimes we might even get wider range:

      Board: T:spade: 5:diamond: 5:club:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    23.41%  23.24%   0.17% { 22+, A2s+, K9s+, Q9s+, J9s+, T8s+, 98s, 87s, A5o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo, T9o }
      UTG+1  76.59%  76.42%   0.17% { JdJs }

      So I don't really see why I should Check/Raise it here and make all worse hands to fold while we might still get value from a lot of them on further streets. And just turn my hand "into bluff" while you didn't continue.
