      Hi NewKid,

To be able to withdrawal you need to establish a payment method which means you need to deposit first. At least I think so.

You'll find more information here maybe?

Also, I think their support will be glad to answer your questions and probably can provide you an accurate answer too ;)

Deposit 5$ via Visa and you're done. You can then withdraw in the future, 10$ minimum.

      Thank you for your inquiry.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding withdrawal methods.

In order to cash out to your preferred method other than cheque, please
      follow the steps below:

      - Click on "Cashier" from the Lobby
      - Click on "Payment Methods" at the top of the page
      - Click on "Add" button to the right of your preferred Payment Method
      - Once you completed adding the new method, click on "Cashier" and
      choose "Withdrawal"

For players from United Kingdom, we recommend Visa Credits or e-wallet
such as NETELLER, Click2Pay or Moneybookers.
Please note that if you add a new payment
method which you never use for a deposit, you need to make a minimum
deposit of 5$ in order to use for withdrawal.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
      contact us again.

      Kind regards,

      Francis
