      Hello lukezo,

      Preflop: Against such an opponent when he folds a lot then you can even consider doing it 3xBB.
      Postflop: Guess I'd just bet myself on river ~$1 for value. Maybe has some kind draw for flush or whatever which will level himself to Call. He will anyways just Check behind all worse hands. But as played when he really is rather passive player then Check/Call is really close, which I would even sometimes prefer to fold if he is really passive.
