[NL2-NL10] NL4 SH JJ, Slowplaying a set in a MWP

I called preflop IP and hit a set. Since the board wasn't that dangerous, I decided for a call and was hoping for remaining player's calls or raises. On the turn I donked and 3bet AI..

Is it better in this situation to raise the flop? IMO, Ax, 2 pairs and gutshot draws would maybe call.. But the problem is that only 2 pairs (and fullhouses obviously) will stay in the hand on the turn.. in other words, is this a good spot for slowplaying?

      MP (UTG+1): 33/18/67/0/6.0/55 (VPIP/PFR/FCB/TCB/AF/H)
      BB: 20/19/67/2.6/534 (VPIP/PFR/FTFCB/AF/H) - I have him marked as a reasonable TAG
