This hand leaves me feeling a bit sick.... good lay down? I can't help but feel it was the only way to prevent busting out, which I've done way too much of today..... but did I play this hand scared?

By the way, this is my last ring game hand. I can't handle the BS anymore, at least at the lower limits. I'm far more successful at sng's.

      Hero ($2.50)
      CO ($8.60)
      Button ($2.55)
      SB ($4.90)
      BB ($4)

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q:spade: , Q:club: .
      3 folds, MP2 calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.4, CO calls $0.40, 3 folds, MP2 calls $0.30.

      Flop: ($1.35) 9:spade: , J:heart: , K:spade: (3 players)
MP2 bets $0.4, Hero calls $0.40, CO folds.

      Turn: ($2.15) A:club: (2 players)
      MP2 bets $1.9 (All-In), Hero folds.

      Final Pot: $2.15

By the way, I know I should've raised $0.50 for the limper, and SSS says to go all-in on the flop but again, I didn't want to commit with such a dangerous draw.....
