      was the check ok on the turn? i though he was calling with flush draw and hit.

      Hmm.. I think I'd choose either bet/fold turn ~9$ (and if you get called, then check behind river) or alternatively check behind turn and call his riverbet (or if he checks, like in this case, then make a ~6$ valuebet.)

      If he is passive I choose first option and if he's aggressive then 2nd seems better to me.

      edit* Why not raise preflop? :)

      yea i was thinking of raising preflop.. but i was not having much luck with the cards at that time...

      I saw this player on a number of occasions checking down made flush and check raising the river.. only reason why i checked behind..

      Bet/fold turn and take the free showdown. I don't see him bluffraising the turn, so its good to bet/fold as we also want to protect against the fourth
