      Hey!
      Preflop: Well played
Flop: Surely we'll make a cbet here, when there aren't any reads. Villain called, what is his range? In general, 77/99 (not very likely) / TT/QQ/AJ and somethimes also KJ/JQ/TJ and float with some overcards, AQ/QK
Turn: Since we are OOP I quite always check/fold here my middle pair, and 7 isn't also the best card, I don't see that he would fold here any card, what he called the flop with (some single floats only), for value you can't definitely bet here, what is weaker that calls you? check/fold is correct here against an unknown villain, even more, that you are UTG and the villain presumes, that you have a strong range, so I don't believe that he would ever just float here, he has surely a stroger hand here than 99
      River: As played check/fold
