Both villains are very aggressive regular thinking TAGs - stats are 12/10/6.6 for UTG1 and 11/9/5.5 for BTN, so I figured I tag along because I will certainly get paid big in case I hit the board. Please evaluate:

I like to play this hand only in the case like you have at the moment, that the opponents are agressive and there is a big hope to get payd off. Generally I think this is a fold, since we are OOP and with this hand you often need to see more than only the flop and when we do hit there is hard to get value. But yes, in the given situation it's ok to play.
In Flop we call since the opponent bets very small and we get very good odds to our double gutshot.
In Turn I don't like the minraise, since yes, he bets small, that means he isn't probably strong. But still I think that we get more value here. Because he's 11/9 and he wasn't a Preflop raiser, then hes value hands here is probably a set (it's not very probable he's playing this so weak) QQ/KK generally. Sometimes we see also maybe AJ type of a hand, but still this limit players love to call very much, so I'd raise here more. 8€ seems to be ok, then we can also bet bigger in River.
      Nice hand!
