This player has called or 3bet me from the blinds about...every other time over the session. Or so it felt. So I thought he was bluffing when he 3 bet. Then I cbet to try and take it down.

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
      BB ($23.82)
      UTG ($9.29)
      UTG+1 ($4.90)
      UTG+2 ($6.36)
      MP1 ($10)
      MP2 ($11.91)
      MP3 ($3.70)
      Dealt to ($9.79)
      Hero ($19.97)

      BB posts (SB) $0.05

      Dealt to Hero 8:diamond: 5:diamond:

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.40, BB raises to $1.07, fold, Hero raises to $2.20, BB calls $1.13

      FLOP ($4.50) T:club: T:heart: J:spade:

BB checks, Hero bets $3.37, BB raises to $6.94, Hero folds

      BB wins $10.68

The situation is weird because I really thought he was playing back at me with nothing a lot. His 3 bet from the blinds is about 5.3% and calling is 19% from SB and 15% from the BB over 780 hands. But this is much larger against me lately.

      Hello Edukator99,

Preflop: If you know that the opponent is able to 3bet light then rather don't steal with such hands. But rather some broadways. And of course 4betting is out of question for me as well unless I know the opponent is capable of even folding there. Being so deep I don't think that you ever gonna make him fold any hand. And if you had strong hand then you would definitely 4bet it bigger while being so deep.
Postflop: The problem is that his range consist of a lot of broadways and this kind of board hits hardly into his range. Therefore I guess I wouldn't even CBet it here but rather just Check it. Don't even think that he is going to fold smaller PPs in this case.

      Best regards.
