Flop: Generally I'd raise him All-In, if there was a usual SH regular against me, but against the given opponend I'd fold. If we watch his raise cbet statistics, (third row from below), then we see that he raises cb 7% of the times (of 29 times), what is a good reason enough for folding 7-8% he has always nuts, up to 12% is nuts + draws and only 13+% are also bluffs. That means we're far behind from his range. You may think that this is just a minraise, but when we look how much we'll have left, it means that we are All-In anyway. So fold in Flop, his statistics seems to be a bit passive fishy, they like to make such a minraise with nuts, for not to "scare you out" from the pot.
