      Hi Karkis,

      I would recommend contacting Ladbroke's own customer support team who should be able to help you.

      Sometimes accounts are temporarily blocked as a security measure against possible unsual activity (which might be totally unrelated to you).

      The support should be able to help you though, just provide them with full details and provide anything they ask for clarification on.
