Villain is playing 33/21/2, only 30 hands though.

Is 3betting pre preferable here or do we only fold out worse parts of his range? Should I be calling his overbet on the river?

      - better to 3-bet since his opening range is so wide which means he would either fold a lot to your 3-bets or also often call with worse hands

      - I would prefer folding. He has no reason to bluffshove river. Also I would not bet turn, since I think worse hands would not call
