Villain is a semi tight/loose passief player.
plays 26/2/0 over 150 hands. Checkraise flop percentage of 10% on flop and raises cbet 17% of the time.

My reasoning behind this fold was as follows :
Im up against a passif opponent who is very unlikely to be raising his draw. QJ, TJ, QT are for probally part of his range and have me crushed. Hands like KQ,KJ, KT, Q9,J9, T9 i'm ahead but not much and if he has somesort of pair and a draw we're flipping. Since he 3bets small i expected to have him a 2 pair hand or better and thus i folded. Was my reasoning ok in this spot or should i have called and reevalueted my hand on the turn. ( call flop, check fold turn ? )

      SB MaciAlonso ($13.71)
      BB bazinga!!! ($10.30)

      Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 4 players) Steven1938 is BTN A:club: A:heart:
      1 fold, Steven1938 raises to $0.35, MaciAlonso calls $0.30, 1 fold

      Flop: 10:spade: Q:spade: J:diamond: ($0.80, 2 players)
MaciAlonso checks, Steven1938 bets $0.60, MaciAlonso raises to $1.40, Steven1938 folds

      Final Pot: $2.80

      MaciAlonso wins $2.70 (net +$0.95)

      Steven1938 lost $0.95

      Hello Stevos1938,

Welcome to the NL BSS Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future, so we will be able to help you fix your leaks and as well help to move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

Against that kind of Check/Raise and the size I'd even consider Calling there while he may easily do that as bluff/semi-bluff and even with TP. The % of Check/Raise & raise CBet is pretty huge. And if he really had some strong hand then why ain't he protecting bigger?

      Best regards.

Thank you for the warm welcome and your insight.
I really didn't think about his bet sizing. But then again, some just raise small with the nuts and do things that makes little sense.
Do you know what a normal raise cbet en checkraise percentage are ?

Depends a lot on the sample size. But for this one 17% is high.
