Can't log in to WH.

      So i played few days on WH with my first aid promotion. I'am up from about 160€ to almost 500€. Now when i try to log in i get message:

      'Sorry, there is no response from the gaming server.
      You may continue playing in offline mode only.
      Please contact Customer Support at poker@willhill.com for immediate assistance.
      We apologize for any inconvenience caused.'

      Maybe someone had same experience and can explain this thing to me?

      Hi Jugglt,

      That is very unusual indeed. My only advice here would be to uninstall and then re-install the software and hopefully that will sort your problem out.

      If that don't work then maybe contact them at the email they gave you. Maybe they are having some server downtime for a new upgrade?

      Unfortunately I am away from my PC so I can't check out whether or not it works for me.

      Maybe someone who plays there will see this thread and give you an answer.

      Reinstalled the software and still get same message.
      I'll wait for some time and maybe things will get better..

      Yeah, same problem here...
      No response... I think online poker world iss goin down... I lost 800$ on Full tilt first, and now i can't play with my 400$!

      Confirmed. Me too. It looks like there is a problem with the server since this morning (05:00 GMT).

      server may be down(hope not the same server as ftp :P ) jus wait for an hour or 2 it shd be back up.. no1 can log in atm

      Note that this is as a result of our system being upgraded by our Technical
      Department, and should be completed within 1 hour.

      Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you were in the
      middle of any games during this time, we ask that you send us your game
      details (tournament code or table ID) once you have been able to log back in
      to your account in order for us to investigate your case and issue any refunds
      due as a result of this disconnection.
