      BB checks,

What should hero do on the river after BB checked? From one point of view, it seems as if he is inducing a bluff by very small bet on turn and checking on river. But from the other point of view, this betting line could indicate weak scared hand. Is value betting/folding the right move here?

BB shows A:diamond: 6:spade: (High Card, Ace) Hero shows K:club: K:diamond: (One Pair, Kings) Hero wins $1.43

      Hello faronel,

Welcome to the NL BSS Hand Evaluation Forum! Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future, so we will be able to help you fix your leaks and as well help to move up the limits. We will be waiting for the next hands and till that good luck on tables!

There is no point in betting the river anyways. Any 9x makes a straight a lot of 2pair combos are possible and most likely he will anyways have hard time Calling even with worse pairs.

      Best regards.
