      Preflop: Depends really on the opponents 3bet. But most likely if he is unknown then not 4betting here is definitely fine and not to isolate yourself against better hands.
      Postflop: Nah, not really huge fan of Check/Raise the flop but rather just Call it and reevaluate it on turn. And as played should be rather a Bet/Fold on river or even not a Bet/Fold while I just don't see a lot of hands pay us there anyways. He may easily even Check behind on turn with nuts because it's a good card to bluff actually and he didn't do it. So all his range which didn't bet the turn wont pay much on river either.

      What do you mean by not isolating yourself as there is only one opponent? I clearly have misunderstood, could you explain this term, please?

      That means if you 4bet back against him then against some tighter range you most likely will get Called/Shoved by better hands or at the best get a flip.
