Villan was being really agressive in a lot of previous hands 3 betting a lot preflop and reraising the flops, my call on the flop ends up being good because I am ahead, since he had a flush draw. But I don't know if I should have called, I think I should but I would like someone with a better knowledge then me to tell me if I played it right! Would also like to know if I should have called the turn or not! Thanks

      Hello johnnyanghell,

Preflop: I'd actually even advice you to fold here. You way too often dominated and even if you for example hit your Q you will never know where you stand. At the best you get a coinflip.

      As played
Postflop: Why do you donk? Rather let him CBet than donk it. With donking you ain't achieve anything, just making worse hands to fold. And if you donk then it should be even considered as Bet/Fold rather than Bet/Broke. Do you expect him to 3bet against you with AJ? What hands do you beat? Or either way if you even want to continue then just shove the flop.

      Best regards.

Thanks for the advice, I didn't fold preflop because villan had been 3betting a lot preflop and I thought in going HU vs him with 88+ AKo or AJs+.

I started recently reading "harrington on online cash games" and have realized I used to donk bet a lot and it was a mistake, it's something I usually don't do anymore.

I know that good players lead sometimes but as I am not at that level yet and knowing it doesn't really work in micro/small stakes.

      Thanks again for the input
