      UTG wins $52.73

UTG is a very tight regular; 11/8/6 (7/7 from EP) over 400 hands, other players are much looser.

Is it ever worth 3betting pre here or are we just set mining with QQ?

If you don´t see him b/c pf with worse hands I think just calling pf is fine play. I would personally myself b/f flop, since his range should still have JJ and if get raised, then I´d expect him to have there AA/KK
Against that big bet I think fold is fine, since you likely can´t call his big turn bet
