should i have fired again on the turn? i got a little suspicious of the check/call, check. maybe if my bet was smaller i would have fired again but it is quite a big bet to check/call... when he checked river i knew i was most likely way ahead..

I would fire again on the turn as you are most likely ahead and should try to get value from his drawing and weaker hands. He probably had either a flush draw, or a pair 55-TT and was trying to get a cheap showdown. I wouldn't check the turn because you aren't gaining value from weaker hands and it probably wouldn't induce a bet from him on the river due to his AF.

      Hello DrDunne,

There is no reason to Check it behind on turn. Definitely have to bet it and protect.

      Best regards.
