      I like the preflop coldcall, because as you wrote, vs this villain you could isolate yourself against better hands out of position.
      On the flop i would always check/call, it's a perfect flop for him to cbet 100% of his range. If he would checkbehind turn, i would bet river for value, but as he keeps on barreling, i think calling down is the best line.
      After his river bet i don't expect hero to be ahead many times, but he gives us good odds, so i think it's an easy river call as well.

      - he should call pf with worse hands, since it is bu vs sb, so I´d prefer 3-betting most of the times

      If you want to turn your hand into bluff catcher then c/c down is fine.
      I´d either c/r flop or lead 3 streets myself
