Can I 3bet here? How loose or tight must be openraiser to make 3bet? Or with ATs ussually is call here?

Its checked to me and I have FD + gutshot and 1 overcard so I bet.
BB calls so I am putting him on some straight draws QT,KT,JT or FD or QJ, KJ, mby AJ

Turn A it improves me and I dont think it helped villain - bet

      river ???
8 completes draws, and only draw I am loosing is QT and splitting with other tens. Call here? his agroo factor was 3 (150 hands) so I think he is capable betting here T so I call for split or play safe and fold?

Like you said, what beat you here is only QT so for sure call the river.

      Hello daun666,

Preflop: On those limits I'd rather not 3bet unless I really see the both opponents stats. Just call and play it postflop which is perfectly fine as well.

      As played
Postflop: Nothing much to add, I don't think that we can fold it that easily there. If he has QT then let it be. He may definitely have even worse hands in his range and of course Tx as well.

      Best regards.
