Was this just a question of a bad river against a calling station, or could I have played this better somehow?

I mean I'm not giving him odds anywhere to call. I c-bet knowing I probably don't have the best hand here, but I've got a flush draw to back it up. I know he can't have AQc/KQc/QJc and don't think he'd call my raise with Qc with a suited smaller kicker, so he's either got QcQx or AoQc, or he's hanging on to his AK/AA/KK/JJ against better judgment. So I'm basically just praying no club comes on the river.

Just want to make sure I played this ok and haven't missed anything here. Villain was 36/21/0.7 with a 0% 3bet btw
