I don't think that the situation was good for a cbet on the flop. Can i bet out if they check again to me on the turn?

      No this time.
Three overcoards, a straight and double flush draw on the board. In some cases it would be ok to try to steal the pot away on the turn if you feel confident the other guys missed, but now there really is too much they could have hit or could be drawing to. Furthermore, your bet needs to be expensive, close to potsize, because of that board, which is too expensive as you'll still get called enough, certainly at that limit.

If it wouldn't have been such a bad card as T:diamond: I think I might've made a cbet on the turn.

As you played it I don't think I would even call that minbet, sure it's so small, but it feels like just giving away a big blind to me.

I'd make a c-bet on the flop. If you don't make it on the flop, the turn is not a good spot to make a delayed one. On the river, I fold even for the 0,1$.
