      Hello!
      I expected him to float so planned to x/call turn but he checked back so looked like he has showdown value. His AF is biggest on the river maybe he is turning ace high in to a bluff I think this is standard call?

      you´re not folding top pair, so I think turning your hand into bluff and c/c turn and river is fine play
      Other option would be bet river yourself but there can´t be too many hands that are calling your river bet
