[NL2-NL10] Did I play these Jacks correctly?

      (I don't have the software to record hands right now... I'll get it sorted for the next one) I played poker from this website several years ago, won some nice money but had to withdraw it all when the going got tough financially in my own life and didn't have much time to devote to it due to gigging an awful lot.

      NL £0.01/0.02

      I was in last late position before the button. I was given JJ, per the starting hands chart, I raised 4 big blinds. I was called by two players on the big blind and the button. The pot was £0.24 pre-flop.

      I assumed both players did not have a premium hand as I wasn't raised. The flop was kind to me:

      The big blind bet £0.25
      I raised All-in as two overcards seemed to be in the lead. (raised £0.81)
      The button raised again putting the big blind all-in as well.

      The cards were flipped:

      Big Blind had Q8o
      The muthafuckin' Hero had JJ
      Button had 9 10 (both diamonds)

      Turn = 9(hearts)
      River = 8(clubs)

      Big Blind wins the pot with three of a kind 8s.... taking down £3.20

      Be brutal.... Where are my fishy leaks? :f_mad:

      your leak has been that you didn't hit your 3rd jack :P

      no - just a little joke

      preflop we only raise 3bb if we have no limper

      on the flop it was ok to do AI after the BB donks, the rest is bad luck
