you should 4bet 2.5x the 3bet ammount which is about 4.5$, or about that. Here with more players willing to call. 5.5$ would be ok. But not random number like 7$.

well this was different situation a bit, you both were semi-deep. You decide what to do here :f_biggrin:

Wow.. that s huge 4bet, I would shove instead of bet that big if you gonna.. or just 4bet smaller because if you hit ace on the board its gonna be hard

Yes, I horribly misplayed this and should have known he was going to hit a runner runner...

The play is optimal if you know the other guy will call with trash. Who cares if there is an ace on board if he is going to call with bottom pair. I could never put him on a hand anyway.

Got even worse bad beat... and I was deep in the tourney which sucked a lot

I agree that this one is pretty bad but 3% means that this will happen 1 in 30 times you go all in in this situation. The other guy is obviously an idiot.
Also I agree that the 4-bet is too large. I think not many people will call you with worse

      Worst ever? What???????????

So you haven't flopped the nut-straight, went AI and got rivered by quads yet?

Hit a full-house on the turn and lost to backdoor straight-flush draw?

      OMG you are lucky!

its the 1 outers that hurt the most. wait till you ship it on the flop with a set of aces find out ur against a set of kings and they turn the king.....that stings

Yes, but that was not really a bad beat, that was a 2/1.

      Equity Win Tie
      UTG 65.13% 64.67% 0.45% AcQh

How is that possible? You can't have backdoor draws on the turn. And if you mean a straight flush draw on the turn, it would still be less of a bad beat.

      Board:

      KhTcJsTs

      Equity Win Tie
      UTG 95.45% 95.45% 0.00% KdKc

Nope, still not worse than 3.6%.
