      Hello inlovewithamsterdam,

You should bet the turn as well for protection rather than Check behind and give away free cards. Otherwise nothing much to add.

      Best regards.

I agree but given I bet $3 on turn, I find myself faced with a pot of $11 with only 4$ in front of me. Do I call a shove on the river in this situation, despite the flush completing?

That is the drawback of Ante tables, isn't it? The pot is much more inflated on the flop (not only because of the Antes but also the necessity of making bigger pre-flop raises), which accounts for tougher decisions.

How would you play the hand on the turn&river (given all previous rounds are played correctly)?

I don't expect the opponent anyways betting there without a flush on river after we have shown 2 streets of strength unless he is really a maniac and spewing away his money. What hands do you expect him to shove while even a draw completed? I am definitely betting the turn and most likely as even FD completes then maybe skip the thin value and Check behind but of course that is as well discussable.

Therefore even though we're committed on the river (11 in pot, 4 in front), we're folding to a shove?
[I'm referring to a situation where the action goes flop: check, bet, call; turn: check, bet, call; river: donk AI from villain]

Yeah, why not? I mean would he ever take such a line with Ax? $4 is still almost 50% our stack. We most likely against passive opponents are just donating money and maybe even against more regular players.
