      Figured this was a squeeze from him and shoved, hoping he would call me light because my line looked weird.

      The problem is, if he has a hand like 7:spade: 9:spade: he just cant call. Not even ahead of a random hand.

      You are in position, a better play would be to four bet to $8.00 (click it back) and then call if he shoves. Now you keep the weak hands in his range and if he calls, your playing a strong hand in position.

      JJ is quite hard to play postflop, since often there are overcards and since it looks like medium pp, he would easily call with 88+

      Figured he might have had something like T :spade: 9 :spade: and mucked, but if his calling range would be 88+,AQ+ then the shove is for value. If he would only call TT+,AK+ then I'll be on the bad side of the flip.
