      why did you only bet 3BB preflop?

      I would raise to 50cent. conti bet the Flop and you can check the Turn, because you are holding the nuts. You can give away a free card, because it could improve the Hand of your opponent and let him pay you out.
      but that's my humble opinion ;)

      yep, i agree. 5BB raise, half pot contibet to show weakness and giving a free card would have been my play. if he folds before he had a weak hand, nothing to win more.

      Everything was said. Raise more preflop and then you can check on the turn. But if your opponents checks behind you have to bet the river, since your opponent will not bet himself very often on the river.
